1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Coorg Packaging & Printing website (coorgpackaging.com) or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. About Our Services

Coorg Packaging & Printing provides custom packaging and commercial printing services, including corrugated boxes, rigid boxes, luxury packaging, food packaging, labels, and a wide range of printed materials. All services are provided subject to availability and our current production capabilities.

3. Quotations and Pricing

• All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
• Quoted prices are based on the specifications, quantities, and materials provided at the time of quotation.
• Prices may change if specifications, quantities, or materials change after the quotation is issued.
• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders and Payment

• An order is confirmed once we receive your written acceptance and any required deposit or advance payment.
• Payment terms are agreed at the time of order confirmation and may require a deposit before production begins.
• Production lead times start from confirmation of artwork and receipt of the deposit.
• Rush orders may incur additional charges and are subject to production capacity.

5. Artwork and Proof Approval

• You are responsible for providing accurate artwork and print-ready files.
• We will provide a digital proof for your approval. Once approved, you are responsible for the final content, spelling, colours, and layout.
• We are not liable for errors in artwork that were present in files approved by you.
• Minor colour variation between digital proofs and the final printed product is normal and acceptable within industry standards.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Coorg Packaging & Printing or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent. Any artwork, designs, or trademarks you provide remain your property.

7. Delivery and Risk

• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed, unless expressly agreed in writing.
• We deliver across all seven UAE emirates; delivery times depend on location and order size.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the agreed location.
• Any damages or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Returns and Refunds

Because packaging and printing products are produced to your specifications, returns are generally not accepted except where products are defective or do not match the approved proof. Any claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Refunds or reprints are issued at our discretion following inspection.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coorg Packaging & Printing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

10. Website Use

• You agree to use our website lawfully and not to disrupt, damage, or interfere with its operation.
• We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website at any time without notice.
• We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not warrant that the website is free from errors.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
