What types of packaging does Coorg Packaging & Printing offer?
We offer a comprehensive range of packaging solutions including custom corrugated boxes, luxury rigid boxes, food-grade packaging, cosmetic packaging, retail display packaging, industrial heavy-duty packaging, and gift packaging. We also provide complete commercial printing services including offset, digital, UV, and large format printing.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom boxes?
Our MOQ varies depending on the type of packaging and customization level. For standard corrugated boxes, we can start from 100 units. For custom-designed rigid boxes, the MOQ is typically 500 units. For digital printing projects, we can handle orders as small as 1 piece. Contact us with your specific requirements for an accurate quote.
How long does it take to get a custom packaging order?
Typical turnaround times are: Design & prototyping: 3-5 business days. Production: 7-14 business days depending on order complexity and quantity. Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee. We pride ourselves on on-time delivery across the UAE.
Do you offer printing services as well as packaging?
Yes! We are a complete packaging and printing company. Our printing capabilities include offset printing for high-volume projects, digital printing for short runs, UV printing on various materials, large format printing for signage and banners, custom labels and stickers, and corporate printing (business cards, brochures, stationery).
Can you match specific brand colors for my packaging?
Absolutely. We offer custom PMS color matching to ensure your brand colors are reproduced accurately. Our printing capabilities support full-color CMYK, Pantone matching, and various finishing options including gloss/matte coating, spot UV, foil stamping, embossing, and debossing.
Do you serve clients across the UAE?
Yes, we serve clients across all seven emirates of the UAE including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. We also serve clients in other GCC countries. Our delivery network covers the entire UAE with reliable, on-time delivery.

Yes, sustainability is important to us. We offer a range of eco-friendly packaging options including biodegradable materials, recycled content, FSC-certified paper, water-based inks, and compostable packaging. What are your business hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on Fridays. For urgent inquiries outside business hours, you can reach us via WhatsApp or email and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you provide free samples or prototypes?
Yes, we provide free samples for our standard products. For custom designs, we offer prototype samples at a nominal fee which is adjusted against your final order. This ensures you're completely satisfied with the design and quality before proceeding with full production.
